Are headphones provided at the test venue during the IELTS Listening Section?
Yes, headphones are provided by IDP for the Listening Section of both the Paper-Based IELTS as well as the Computer-Delivered IELTS.
What's the difference between Paper Based IELTS and Computer Delivered IELTS?
Both tests have the same test structure and question types. The Speaking Section of both PB and CD-IELTS is a face to face interview with an IELTS examiner. However, the Listening, Reading and Writing Sections for the CD-IELTS are done on a computer.
How often is the IELTS exam conducted in a month?
For the Paper Based test, the Academic IELTS is usually conducted four times a month whereas the General Training Module is conducted twice a month. The PB test is conducted on Saturdays with one PB test conducted on a Thursday on some months.
The CD IELTS is conducted almost every day, and IDP offers plenty of time options - mornings, afternoons or evenings.
How long does it take for the IELTS test results to come?
The results for the Paper-Based IELTS takes 13 days whereas the results for the Computer-Delivered IELTS takes a maximum of 5 days.
How are the IELTS test preparation classes conducted at Syscoms?
Syscoms offers IELTS classes in the mornings as well as in the evenings, Each session is 2 hours long, and the sessions are conducted Monday through Friday. Each week, a specific module such as Listening, Speaking or Reading is covered. Also, in both the morning and evening sessions, a different module is covered. For instance, if it is Speaking in the morning session, then it will be Reading or other module in the evening session.

What do I do if I miss my classes due to personal reasons, work schedule or a vacation?
We at Syscoms are rather flexible and will try our best to accommodate the student and help him/her cover the missed classes & modules. However, it is the responsibilty of the student to inform the trainer or the admin regarding any issue.
