Course Overview

ICDL GCC Foundation is part of an international initiative dedicated to helping raise the general level of computer skills of the global population through certification. We are the governing body of the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) program, responsible for the promulgation and implementation of the ICDL digital literacy programs in countries like Kingdom of Bahrain, State of Kuwait, Sultanate of Oman, State of Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Republic of Iraq. Our mandate is to ensure compliance with the global standards of the ICDL program

Course Prerequisite

No Specific requirements, candidate should have a basic idea about computer and how to use it.

Course Outcome

This course leading to the ITIL Foundation qualification will enable delegates to understand the key concepts and terminology within the newly updated ITIL framework. Course is updated for ITIL v3.

Course Objective

International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) Series shows users how to meet International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) objectives on a computer using a Windows operating system. This course is for those who have never used a computer and those who have some computer experience but no formal qualification proving their knowledge or skills. It is also for those preparing to take the International Computer Driving Licence examination.
